Lost Pattern

My wife is leaving town for a few days and I thought I would surprise her with a new sign to post on our mailbox. But I have lost the pattern book I needed to scrollsaw the letters and numbers. I am looking for D A Y 4 5 2 9 7. The letters I wanted to use were a fretwork type of lettering, with simple cut-outs.

Please, please please.....would some generous individual please email me here or Daydreams@starband.net with a copy of those letters and numbers ????
