Cherry Pentagon Bowl

This was my very first attempt at turning a pentagon bowl.
It was a learning experience . I almost made designer firewood out of it by turning it a little too thin at the top but stopped just in time.
It is a lot thinner at the top edge than the picture actually shows. Just about 1/16 of an inch.

Here is what it looks like from the top. The coloring isn't very good . It was taken under a different light later on as an after thought.
