Hi all, I have a portable sawmill here in Waxhaw NC. If anybody lives in the Charlotte NC area and needs any red oak, cedar, or walnut I have some for sale cheap. :D

This is not a dead site but we are not a big site. I will say this you posted this info in the wrong thread. You should have either posted in things for sale or in the general woodworking forum. What you sell is not turning wood that I see and there are not many turners here and being under the turning heading will not get as many looks. Just a point a view.

Randy;
I would love to have some of the red oak and walnut that you mentioned for turning but unfortunately the shipping from where you are to me in British Columbia , Canada would make it prohibitive.
Just imagine how many beautiful bowls and hundreds of other wonderful turned items could be made out a walnut log the size you are showing.
That's enough to make a turner drool on his keyboard by seeing it and not being able to get it. ;)
Great pictures you have shown.
