Just so no one gets the wrong idea here. Roger has asked for permission to post a link to his on-line magazine which is dedicated to artisans of all types including woodwokers. I asked the owner and he said it was fine to do. So hope all read what he has to offer and if interested sign up and if there is a discussion about something feel free to bring it here. Have fun. :)

Thanks Gerry. I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed the magazine.
I started this project almost a year ago. It took me about 6 months to get the website and the magazine format established. Thus far, the response has been very good. The first issue (Winter 2007) was read/downloaded by 2000+ people. Hopefully, the Spring 2007 issue will surpass that number.
Personally, I've been a hobbiest woodworker for about 15 years - everything from turning pens to building furniture. I started doing stained glass about 7 years ago, and I started a stained glass business a couple years later. I build architectural stained glass windows for houses, churches, commercial, etc... Bottom line, I love artisan crafts and I came up with this concept for an online magazine featuring artisans. After failing to dismiss the idea, I finally surrendered and started to "build" my magazine.
Online forums have been my main marketing focus. Forum users are already comfortable with the online concept so an online magazine isn't a shock to them. My assumptions have been correct!
Thank you for subscribing and sending a message!

Roger
Thanks for the posting and I will download it at some later date but have been too busy lately. For some strange reason our site has gotten slow this past couple weeks as well as many sites I visit. Guess it must be time for people to start outdoors work and things. Hope others will check it out.

Thanks for the new site information. I am always looking for new woodworking and other artistic information to be inspired by.
