Dont know if this is the right place for this post, hopefully it wont get zapped.
I purchased a Rikon lathe a little over a year ago. Recently the motor locked up. litterally quite turning and spun backwards. I was turning a pen that was a little on the pricey side. And to make matters worse was on the weekend. Called them on Monday had the new motor 4 days later. They were very polite and curtious. None of the usual stuff that I've had to deal with in the past. Like send in the broken part and we will evaluate to see if it is in warranty. Just we will send this out. lots of "sorries". And when I ran into a "senior moment" while putting it all back together, wlaked me right though the steps needed. Not once did I feel like just another number.
well that is enough just wanted to let you all know about a good experiance.
