just a little thing I thought that I would share with ppl that are using benchtop table saws with cheapy fench
I have a small shop so a nice contractor saw or cabinet saw is out of the question ....and out of the budget...lol...so anyway I use a benchtop model and it works for me....the other day I had started having trouble with the cheap fench not holding, it clamps at front and back and the front clamp would slide all the time.
So in my delema of trying to fix it I came across something of an idea by gluing some inch wide stripe of wood across the front and the front clamp tightens against the wood and no longer slips after u set it!!
Made me happy and sad at the same time!.....happy that I got it fixed ....sad ...cause now I have no excuse to look for a new saw!!
